Who can order
Online ordering is for approved professional beauty salons and clinics in Singapore. Apply for a trade account.
Delivery
- We deliver within Singapore only.
- Delivery is S$15 per order, and free for orders of S$300 and above (before GST).
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. We will contact you if an item is out of stock.
- Self-collection is free at 322C King George’s Ave, Level 4, Singapore 208565, during office hours. We will tell you when your order is ready.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours at enquiry@laponie.com.sg, with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
Returns
- For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to arrange the return.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
