These terms apply to orders placed on laponie.com.sg by approved trade customers. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Trade accounts
Online ordering is available only to professional beauty salons, spas and clinics whose trade account Laponie Pte. Ltd. (“Laponie”) has approved. We may decline or close a trade account at our discretion. Products are sold for professional use and for resale to your clients, not for resale to other businesses or online marketplaces without our written consent.
2. Prices and GST
Prices are in Singapore dollars and shown before GST. GST is added at the prevailing rate at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed in your order is the price you pay.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will contact you before processing.
4. Payment
Payment is by card or PayNow at checkout, or by bank transfer or PayNow to our UEN. Orders paid by transfer are processed once payment is received. Approved credit terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing.
5. Delivery, title and risk
Delivery is described in our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.
6. Returns and faulty goods
Returns are covered in our Delivery & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law.
7. Professional use
Some products, including sterile and professional-range products, are intended for use only by trained professionals. You are responsible for using products in line with the instructions and any training provided, and for assessing each client’s suitability.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
